I stand out as a tutor because not only am I very good at what I do, and am very patient, I genuinely love people and am a perfectionist.  Therefore I will teach my students above and beyond what will "get them by". With encouragement and with many tools, will get the student to raise their confidence and ability levels so that they no longer need a tutor.  Many students are very smart people, but have severe test anxiety and/or poor notetaking/study habits..We will not only work on all of these areas, and identify strengths and weaknesses, but will learn new methods including identifying the psychology of the test makers.  I have all students learn new note taking methods, new study techniques, discover which of 4 student "types" they are, but take all kinds of mock exams.  Additionally I can gladly set up "clinical" scenarios, and NCLEX style tests, and use fun games to make the challenging topics interesting!

Also, depending on availability ,we can meet at home, library or even Skype or other webcam meet.  I charge $25/hr and slightly less if it is online.  Hire me for as long or as brief as you need.
